ProgramResearch Scholarship in Action: Focus on the Syracuse Biomaterials Institute

This showcase provides a forum for SU alumni and friends, researchers and members of the biomaterials and other scientific communities to meet key faculty affiliated with the Syracuse Biomaterials Institute (SBI).  Four SBI faculty will speak about their areas of expertise – from orthopedic implants and bone cement to vascular grafts to treat cardiovascular disease – and introduce SBI developed technologies.  These featured technologies are stellar examples of the quality of research being conducted at Syracuse University.

In addition, this program will also introduce Syracuse University staff members from various offices who are active in linking industry to SU researchers, licensing SU technologies, and assisting SU technology based start-ups.

This event is sponsored by The Syracuse University Office of Research, Office of Technology Transfer and Industrial Development, and the  Syracuse Biomaterials Institute

RSVPs required.  This is an invitation only event.  If you did not receive an invitation, please contact the Office of Technology Transfer and Industrial Development at 315.443.5196.
